One Toolkit for Everyday Office Work
Zox Tool gathers up the small jobs that interrupt a working day - a PDF that needs shrinking, an image saved in the wrong format, a number somebody wants worked out - and puts them in one place. Everything runs in the browser tab you already have open. No download, no licence key, no account.
Image Tools
The image side stands in for the heavyweight editor you would rather not open. Drop a file in to compress it, set exact pixel dimensions, or crop away what you do not need. Swapping between JPG, PNG and WebP takes a click. There is background removal, watermarking and text extraction too, plus an EXIF cleaner that strips the location and device details quietly attached to most photos.
PDF Tools
Paperwork is where most of the friction lives, so the PDF set runs deepest. Combine a stack of documents into a single file, or pull one apart page by page. Shrink an oversized file until it clears an email attachment limit. Move between PDF and Word, Excel or JPG in either direction. Past conversion there is page rotation, password protection, signature placement, and OCR for scans that arrived as pictures rather than text.
Calculators
The calculators cover money, health, and the arithmetic that is quicker to hand off. Percentages, GST, EMI schedules and loan repayments sit next to SIP and compound interest planning. Elsewhere you can check a BMI, work out an exact age down to the day, estimate income tax, or convert length, weight, temperature and currency.
Text and Developer Tools
For writing and code there are counters for words and characters, case conversion, and line sorting. Developers get formatters for JSON, HTML and SQL, minifiers for CSS and JavaScript, generators for QR codes and strong passwords, and a regular expression tester that shows its matches as you type.
Why People Keep the Tab Open
Nothing here asks you to sign up, and nothing sits behind a plan. Pages stay light, behave the same on a phone as on a desktop, and keep the layout out of the way so the tool you came for is the first thing you see. Worth a bookmark - the next small job is never far off.
